1. Nature of Our Services

Club Mabieat is a hospitality membership platform that provides access to exclusive offers, discounts, privileges, and experiences at participating hotels, resorts, restaurants, spa, wellness, and lifestyle partners.

As the membership is a digital service that grants immediate access to member benefits, it is generally non-returnable and non-refundable after activation.

2. Membership Refund Policy

After Membership Activation

Membership will be activated once the payment is credited. It is considered used and is non-refundable, including where:

  • The membership has been accessed or logged into.
  • Any member-exclusive benefits have been used.
  • Any promotional vouchers have been redeemed.
  • Any booking has been made using membership privileges.
  • Complimentary benefits have been claimed.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Activated memberships
  • Membership renewal fees
  • Promotional or discounted memberships
  • Gift memberships
  • Membership upgrades
  • Redeemed vouchers
  • Complimentary benefits
  • Cashback or reward credits
  • Partner offers already utilised

4. Hotel & Resort Bookings

Club Mabieat facilitates access to partner benefits but does not own or operate participating hotels or resorts.

Cancellation, modification, or refund of hotel, resort, dining, spa, or experience bookings are governed by the cancellation policy of the respective participating property.

Members should review the applicable booking terms before confirming a reservation.

5. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same membership due to a technical or payment processing error, please contact us immediately.

Upon verification, the duplicate payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Failed Transactions

If your payment is debited but the membership is not activated due to a technical issue:

  • We will verify the transaction with our payment partner.
  • If the payment is successful, your membership will be activated.
  • If the payment fails, the amount will be refunded automatically by your bank or payment provider.

7. Exceptional Refunds

Club Mabieat may, at its sole discretion, approve a refund in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate membership purchase.
  • Technical issues preventing activation that cannot be resolved.
  • Incorrect charges caused by a system error.
  • Any other situation deemed appropriate by Club Mabieat.

8. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days of approval.
  • The time depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method.

9. Membership Cancellation

  • You may cancel your membership at any time.
  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund.
  • Membership benefits remain available until expiry unless terminated under our Terms & Conditions.
  • Memberships do not automatically renew unless auto-renewal is enabled.

10. Changes to Membership Benefits

Changes to participating hotels, resorts, restaurants, offers, or membership benefits shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

11. Fraudulent Transactions

Refund requests arising from fraudulent activity, abuse of membership benefits, misrepresentation, chargeback misuse, or violation of our Terms & Conditions may be denied and the membership may be suspended or terminated.
