Club Mabieat Membership Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Club Mabieat Membership Programme ("Membership Programme") operated by Club Mabieat ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By purchasing, activating, or using a Club Mabieat Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Club Mabieat

Club Mabieat is a hospitality membership platform that offers members exclusive privileges, discounts, promotional offers, experiences, and benefits at participating hotels and resorts and other hospitality partners.

Club Mabieat does not own or operate the participating hotels or resorts unless expressly stated. Benefits are provided through partnerships with participating establishments.

2. Eligibility

Membership is available only to individuals who:

  • Are at least 18 years of age.
  • Are legally competent to enter into contracts under applicable laws.
  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Complete payment of the applicable membership fee.

Club Mabieat reserves the right to reject or cancel any membership application without assigning any reason.

3. Membership Validity

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Membership is valid for 12 months from the activation date.
  • Membership automatically expires after the validity period.
  • Renewal is optional unless enrolled in an auto-renewal plan.
  • Expired memberships lose all associated benefits.

4. Membership Plans

Club Mabieat offers a Leisure and Dining Membership programme that enables members to enjoy exclusive privileges and benefits at participating hotels, restaurants, resort, spa treatment and other partners establishments across India.

The Membership is subject to the following terms:

  • Each Membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
  • Membership benefits are available only at participating partner establishments and are subject to their individual terms, conditions, availability, and blackout dates, where applicable.
  • Members are required to present a valid Club Mabieat Digital Membership Card or any other authorised proof of membership to avail benefits.
  • Membership, benefits, offers, discounts and privileges are non-transferable and lost cards cannot be replaced.
  • Membership does not guarantee reservations; rooms are subject to availability and prior reservation is a must. Table reservations, spa and swimming pool or access to any specific service offered by a partner establishment are subject to availability.
  • Club Mabieat Membership offers, discounts and privileges cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, food festival buffet rates, discount vouchers, corporate rates, online rates or special packages unless specifically stated.
  • Club Mabieat reserves the right to add, remove, suspend, or replace partner establishments, modify membership benefits, pricing, features, or services at any time without prior notice.
  • Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in suspension or termination of the membership without refund.

5. Membership Benefits

Members may enjoy benefits including but not limited to:

  • Complimentary room night stay with breakfast.
  • Complimentary buffet or a-la-carte food bonus certificates of total card value.
  • Complimentary beverages and birthday cakes.
  • Complimentary swimming pool entries.
  • Complimentary spa treatment / wellness services on utility charges and 50% discount vouchers.
  • BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1) on food and food gift certificates up to 50% discount on total food billing.
  • Complimentary room upgrade to next category (subject to availability).
  • Special flat 50% discount on room rack rates.
  • Destination wedding and banquet booking special rates for Club Mabieat members.
  • Birthday / anniversary / ladies kitty / corporate parties special discount vouchers.
  • Early check-in as per hotel policies and availability.
  • Late check-out as per hotel policies and availability.
  • Special event invitations.
  • Exclusive seasonal offers.
  • Reward vouchers.
  • Cashback promotions.
  • Special partner offers and promotional benefits introduced from time to time.

Benefits differ across participating properties. Not every benefit is available at every hotel or resort — please check exact details in the membership section.

6. Availability of Benefits

  • All membership benefits, offers and privileges are subject to availability at the participating partner establishments.
  • Room reservations are subject to availability and prior reservation is a must.
  • Room offers are not valid on Valentine's Day, Christmas Eve, New Year, wedding booking dates or other blackout dates as per the hotel and resort.
  • Present your digital card and voucher barcode at the time of ordering — offers will not be entertained after billing.
  • Food offers are not valid on room service.

Participating hotels may refuse benefits during:

  • Blackout dates as per hotel membership conditions.
  • Wedding booking dates or special events.
  • When all rooms are sold out.

Only one membership ID will be valid for one billing. All reservations are subject to availability. No verbal agreements will be accepted.

8. Participating Hotels

Partner Networks: Club Mabieat collaborates with selected hotels & resorts and other hospitality partners to provide exclusive benefits to its members.

Changes to Participating Partners: Participation may change without notice. Club Mabieat reserves the right to add, remove, suspend, or replace any participating partner establishment at any time without prior notice.

Membership benefits at participating partner establishments are subject to the respective partner's policies, terms and conditions, and availability.

Updated Partner List: The latest list of participating partner establishments and available offers will be available on the official Club Mabieat mobile application and/or website.

9. Membership Identification

Members may be required to present:

  • Digital membership card on phone.
  • Vouchers QR code at the time of coupon redemption.
  • Registered mobile number.
  • Valid government-issued ID and address proof for room booking.

Failure to verify identity may result in denial of membership benefits.

10. Non-Transferability

Membership is personal. Unless expressly permitted:

  • Membership cannot be sold.
  • Membership cannot be transferred.
  • Membership cannot be assigned.
  • Membership cannot be shared.
  • Membership benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.

11. Guest Usage

Where permitted, benefits may extend to accompanying guests. Guest eligibility varies by:

  • Hotel and resort
  • Membership tier
  • Offers
  • Promotion

Hotels may impose guest limits.

12. Payments

Membership fees:

  • Are payable in advance.
  • Include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Are non-refundable except where required by law or specifically stated.

Failure of payment may prevent activation.

13. Promotional Offers

Club Mabieat may introduce:

  • Welcome offers on first purchase.
  • Referral programmes for friends and family.
  • Cashback offers.
  • Festival campaigns.
  • Flash sales.
  • Bonus vouchers.

Promotions may carry separate terms. Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

14. Cancellations & Refunds

Unless otherwise required by law:

  • Membership fees are non-refundable after activation.
  • Cancellation does not extend membership validity.
  • Unused benefits have no cash value.
  • No refund shall be issued for unused vouchers or discounts.
  • Refunds, where approved, shall be processed using the original payment method.

15. Modification of Benefits

Club Mabieat reserves the right to add benefits, remove benefits, replace partners, change participating hotels, modify discounts, or amend promotional offers without prior notice.

16. Hotel Policies

Members must comply with all policies of the participating hotel including:

  • Check-in requirements
  • Payment policies
  • Occupancy limits
  • Security procedures
  • House rules
  • Damage policies

Hotel prices and menu items are subject to change without prior notice. Government taxes will be charged extra as per applicable rates. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any indiscipline customer in the interest of public safety and business reputation. In case of any dispute, the management's decision shall be final and binding on the card members. Hotel policies prevail where applicable.

17. Member Conduct

Members shall not:

  • Misuse membership benefits.
  • Use fraudulent bookings.
  • Abuse hotel staff.
  • Share membership credentials.
  • Attempt to manipulate promotional offers.
  • Engage in unlawful activities.

Violation may result in immediate termination.

18. Suspension or Termination

Club Mabieat may suspend or terminate membership if:

  • Fraud is suspected.
  • Payment is reversed.
  • False information is provided.
  • Terms are violated.
  • Misconduct occurs.
  • Membership is misused.

Termination may occur without refund.

19. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, content, graphics, software, and branding are owned by Club Mabieat or its licensors. No content may be copied without prior written permission.

20. Privacy

By joining Club Mabieat, you consent to the collection and processing of personal information for:

  • Membership management
  • Customer support
  • Marketing communications
  • Promotional offers
  • Analytics
  • Fraud prevention

Your information may be shared with participating hotels solely to provide membership benefits. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details.

21. Limitation of Liability

Club Mabieat acts solely as a membership platform. We are not responsible for:

  • Hotel service quality
  • Room availability
  • Food quality and service
  • Property conditions
  • Service delays
  • Hotel cancellations
  • Third-party actions
  • Personal injury
  • Loss of belongings
  • Hotel ownership change

Disputes relating to hotel services shall primarily be addressed with the participating hotel.

22. Force Majeure

Club Mabieat shall not be held legally responsible for delays or failure to provide benefits resulting from:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Fire
  • Pandemic
  • Earthquake
  • War
  • Government restrictions
  • Strike
  • Action of any agency
  • Civil disturbances
  • Labour strikes
  • Technical failures
  • Events beyond reasonable control

23. Indemnity

Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Club Mabieat, its affiliates, employees, partners, and directors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse of the Membership Programme or breach of these Terms.

24. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

25. Amendments

Club Mabieat may amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication on the official website or mobile application. Continued use of membership constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between Club Mabieat and the Member concerning the Membership Programme and supersede all prior representations, communications, or agreements relating to the Programme.
